1. Who We Are

Remedied Lighting Solutions ("RLS," "we," "us," or "our") is an authorized Celebright™ dealer providing permanent LED soffit lighting installation to homeowners in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area. This policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and — where applicable — allow you to control information gathered through our website, campaign landing pages, and advertising, including ads run through Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta") on Facebook and Instagram.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit a request through one of our Facebook or Instagram lead ads, our website, or by contacting us directly, we may collect:

We may also automatically receive limited technical information (such as browser type or general device information) when you visit this page, as described in Section 6.

3. How We Use Your Information

We do not use your information for any purpose beyond providing the estimate and related follow-up you requested.

4. Information We Do Not Sell or Share

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties, other businesses, or marketing partners. Your information is used internally by Remedied Lighting Solutions only, for the purposes described in Section 3.

We may use limited third-party service providers strictly to operate our business — for example, phone systems, scheduling tools, or the Meta advertising platform itself. These providers are only permitted to process information on our behalf, under contract, and are prohibited from using it for their own independent purposes. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or valid legal process.

5. Facebook / Meta Advertising & Business Tools

This page is linked from advertising run through Meta's advertising platform, including Facebook Lead Ads. If you submit a request through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, the information you enter is transmitted to us through Meta's platform. Meta's own collection and handling of that data — including any information Meta collects through its pixel, Conversions API, or other Meta Business Tools that may be used in connection with this campaign — is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy and Meta's Business Tools Terms, which we encourage you to review. Once we receive your submission from Meta, the practices in this policy govern our use and protection of it.

If Meta pixel or Conversions API tracking is active on this page, it may share limited, hashed event data (such as "a form was submitted") with Meta to help measure and improve ad performance. This does not include the content of your message or notes.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

This page may use cookies or similar technologies (including those associated with Meta advertising tools) to help us understand how visitors interact with the page and to measure ad campaign performance. These technologies may collect information such as browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring URL. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how this page functions but will not affect our ability to respond to a request you submit directly to us.

7. Your Privacy Rights

If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us information may contact us using the details in Section 13.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you provide from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we limit access to your information to those who need it to respond to your request.
